Class Description:
The Online 1 on 1 Private Training lesson plan will be specifically tailored to your NEEDS. We will write down our fitness goals or goals we have within our sports and create a lesson plan that will help achieve those targets. I am a professional athlete and I do not always go to the gym to workout, you can do great workouts from home that are just as good as going to the gym. These classes will allow you to reach your fitness goals fast without spending hours in the gym. These full body fitness classes are designed workouts for muscle growth and strength regardless of your training experience. They not only enable you to optimize your training frequency and recovery throughout the week, but are also time efficient and in this case require only 1 or 2 workouts per week.
